No call needed. Real answers, with dates and the exact prompts. (OpenAI search today; Google AI and Perplexity coming soon.)

How it works

1. We scan

Every week we ask AI search the questions your customers ask, in your city, several times.

2. You get a free audit

Your score out of 100, how often you're named, who's named instead, and wrong details AI has about you.

3. We fix the signals

Consistent details, structured data, a city page and the third-party profiles AI cites (like BBB). You approve everything.

4. We monitor

Weekly re-scans, alerts when you drop or a competitor appears, and a monthly report.

How we score

Score /100 = 50 × mention rate + 30 × share of voice vs. the top 5 local names + 20 × accuracy (do AI's statements about your phone, address and site match your records). 30 checks = 10 customer questions × 3 engines. Until Google AI and Perplexity are added we run OpenAI search only, and we label it that way.

How we're different from the "ChatGPT picked your competitor" emails

We never buy or sell mentions. There's no paid placement in AI answers, and anyone selling one is misleading you.
We work on how often AI names you. We fix the details AI checks and re-run the same questions so you can see the change, measured and dated.
Every question and answer is shown with its date. Your report lists the exact prompts, how many times we ran each one, and every answer and source, so you can paste them into ChatGPT yourself and check.
We lead with things you can verify in 30 seconds, like a wrong phone number or hours, not scary rankings.

What to expect

We can't guarantee placement in any AI answer, but we'll always work to help improve it. We're not affiliated with OpenAI, Google or Perplexity.
AI answers vary run to run, so we report counts across repeated, dated checks, never single answers.
We don't promise calls, jobs or revenue. We fix the public signals AI relies on and re-measure the same way.

Method

For each city we send the same customer questions verbatim (e.g. "best plumber in Plano TX") to the AI engine with search on, signed out and no history, 3 runs each, every week. We record the date, the answer, every business named and every source cited. Every report shows the prompts and the evidence.
